Did you check to see if you used your camera flash? I have a Sony cybershot and I've not had any problems taking pics at night. I took pictures of the colourful lights on the niagara falls at night and they came out wicked! Maybe you should change the setting such as landscape, potrait, etc. Experiment with the various settings I'm sure you'll fix the problem. If that doens't help go to the store where you bought it from and tell them about you problem. They are usually very helpful! Hope my answer helps! Good Luck! |

P &S cameras while can do a lot, they are not magic. No P &S camera is designed to take pictures in completely dark houses. Where did you get the idea yours could? |

You said you took the picture in complete darkness? Cameras need light to make a picture, even with the night shot features. My camera has the same problem... |

Try enabling the camera's flash option. Also set the shot quality to the highest possible option. You may likewise opt to reset your device just in case you accidentally changed some settings. Anything more than that would need some work with Adobe Photoshop. Hope this helps. |
